The symptoms of coronavirus are:
- a cough
- a high temperature
- shortness of breath
The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu and it does not necessarily mean you have the illness.
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

FLU VACCINATION FOR ELIGIBLE PATIENTS - 2019/20
This year, three types of flu vaccine will be used to benefit patients by ensuring that you have the most suitable vaccine that gives you the best protection against flu.
1. aged 65 and over
2. aged 6 months to 2 years and adults 18 to 64 (patients eligible for vaccination)
3. aged 2 years to 17 years (nasal spray) (patients eligible for vaccination)
GP EXTENDED ACCESS HOURS
As from 4th July 2019 Parkgate Medical Centre is open from 7.00am every Thursday morning for routine GP and Practice Nurse appointments.
Also, you can now attend routine GP and Nurse appointments at several other GP surgeries across Rotherham, regardless of which GP surgery you are registered with. There appointments may be available at Broom Lane Medical Centre, Dalton Magna Practice, Dinnington Medical Centre and Kilnhurst Magna Group Practice.
Evening appointments are 6.30pm - 8.00pm
Saturday morning appointments are 8.00am - 12.00pm
Sunday morning appointments are 8.00am -12.00pm

The Physio First service is now fully functioning from seven general practice sites across Rotherham with over 300 appointments a week available to practices. This is one of the largest services of its kind nationally and feedback from patients is excellent.

Our annual Coffee Morning held in October 2019 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support raised £337.72.
